If you are a shopping lover, so Bazar Souk Khan El-Khalili is a fabulous unmissable experience for you, particularly as it has remained unchanged since the fourteenth century. Also, you will find a modern air-conditioned shopping centre there, selling the latest fashions. Typical local purchases include spices, perfumes, gold, silver, rugs and so many more.
The hectic and bustling streets of Cairo are full of foods. It is easy to find an assortment of small cafes and food carts that serves mouth-watering meals which is a must try at least once in life. For instance, Koshari, Tameya (Falafel), Ful Medames, as well as the street sweets which includes Basbousa, Konafah and so many more.
