Ayman Hefnawi is a Mathematics Lead Teacher at the Ministry of Education, UAE. He is the trainer of the professional learning community of a cluster of schools. He has successfully led mathematics department and different professional committees. Ayman has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Currently, he is a Doctorate of Education candidate at University of Bath, United Kingdom. Ayman is a reviewer of some educational journals and is a member of several academic associations.
