Islam Mohamed
eLearning Manager and a Qualified English lecturer
Islam Mohamed is as an eLearning Manager and a Qualified English lecturer at Al Zaeem Mohamed Bin Attia Air Academy. He is currently an EdD researcher at University of Bath. Islam worked as an Educational Consultant with Abu Dhabi Educational Council in the UAE. As part of his Masters in Educational Technology and TESOL at the University of Manchester, he conducted research in several areas, namely ‘Using Moodle to Develop Reading Skills, and ‘Using Think Aloud Techniques to support SEN Students ’. Whilst working for the SSAT, Islam has continued his research in the field of using technology effectively in classrooms. He conducted several training sessions as part of the professional development plan of Abu Dhabi Educational Council. Islam has been conducting research studies in different fields. Islam has also worked as an Arabic instructor at Trafford College in Manchester.
